Sitting may be the “new smoking,” but standing all day in one single position isn’t a whole lot healthier. I use the Mogo as a way to take the stress off my legs and avoid sitting as my only other option. While you don’t want to use this 12 hours a day, it’s a great in-between option if you want to work up to standing for longer stretches but you haven’t developed the strength to do so yet.
My favorite part about the Mogo is that it’s incredibly easy to travel with and will fit in your carry on luggage, so now there is no excuse to not be able to set up a makeshift standing workstation anywhere.
Oh…the Mogo is rock solid and incredibly durable too!
